Due to the popularity of international and domestic tourism, in view of the increasing importance of improving the professionalism of guesthouse management, IPOE Foundation has worked with experts and homestay associations to promote the certification of homestay managers (HSM), which is divided into the following three levels to provide an effective system to certificate the management quality.
