Stichting IPOE Education Foundation ("Intelligent、Public、Open、Easy - Learning" as known as IPOE) is a public welfare foundation which was organized by a group of enthusiastic educators and technology experts around the world. This was established in the Netherlands, which grasps the pulse of global technology and business. It started in Europe with the purpose to develop the contents of a systematic technology education and the learning certification system.

The rapid development of science and technology has a huge impact on the lives of human beings. We know that only by refining the education system can we keep in pace with technology and development. Equipping everyone the ability to face the future, otherwise the development of science and technology will not necessarily benefit human beings.

We advocate the use of open-source tools to popularize technology education, improve teaching materials and teaching methods to reduce learning obstacles. Establishing an international education certification system, recording the learning process, and motivating participants to find the joy of learning through the practice of short-term learning goals. The ability to continuously learn in life is the fulfillment of life. This is the education concept we want to promote at Stichting IPOE Education Foundation.
