Stichting IPOE Education Foundation, in collaboration with the Taiwan Innovation Technology Management Development Association (ITM), jointly certifies and, together with renowned domestic scholars, promotes international accreditation for cultural and creative applications. Through a fair and objective certification process, the initiative aims to cultivate outstanding talents in the cultural and creative field. The certification encompasses three main components: "Cultural Foundations," "Creative Design," and "Planning and Marketing."

Upon achieving a score of 700 points in the certification, individuals are eligible to obtain the CCA Cultural and Creative Application Certification Plus certificate for a fee of 600 yuan. The certificate can be obtained by meeting one of the following criteria:

Participation in the " Young Designers' Exhibition ,YODEX" passing the preliminary selection, and receiving the "Young Pin Design Nomination Award "
Participation in the "National Technical and Vocational College Student Practical Project Production Competition and Results Exhibition" (Limited to Business Group, Management Group, Fashion Design Group, Industrial Design Group, Product Design Group, Animation Interactive Multimedia Group, Publishing and Language Group) and passing the preliminary review to enter the final selection.
