The Stichting IPOE Education Foundation, in collaboration with the Taiwan Innovative Technology Management Association (ITM), jointly promotes the International Ethics Certification and co-issues the credential. Together, they are committed to establishing an assessment system that is professional, fair, and internationally recognized.

This certification aims to enhance ethical literacy among students and professionals. Through rigorous test design and a scientific assessment process, it seeks to foster deeper reflection and personal growth throughout the learning journey.

The certification covers two core domains: Business Ethics (BE) and Workplace Ethics (WE). Learners can build a comprehensive ethical framework during their studies and develop the judgment and sense of responsibility needed to navigate diverse challenges in their future careers.
